Under 2 Minutes.
Under 2 Minutes for the mixing step — and optional delay modes that make your mix impossible to time. Your selected mode and network set the full wait.
One transfer. Four separate clocks.
Wallet submission
The signed deposit must reach the selected network. An unsent wallet request has not started processing.
Confirmations
The service waits for its required deposit-confirmation threshold. Network inclusion and finality are different states.
Service processing
Instant Processing and Real-Time Mixing describe the fast route. A selected privacy delay changes this stage.
Payout crediting
The payout needs network inclusion. A receiving platform can wait for additional confirmations before crediting it.
Choose a mode with its timing in view.
| Mode | Displayed window | Displayed condition |
|---|---|---|
| Express | Fastest cross-chain option; no fixed window displayed | Cross-chain only; dynamic fees |
| Low | 10-30 minutes | Basic delayed payout; 0.05% displayed |
| Medium | 1-3 hours | Delayed processing; 0.2% displayed |
| Extra | 6-24 hours | Multiple delayed payouts; 0.5% displayed |
The “Under 2 Minutes” commitment is not applied to these deliberate delayed-mode windows. This snapshot is a reference point, not a current quote or our own timing measurement.
Waiting longer?
Find the stage first.
No transaction hash yet.
Check whether the wallet actually submitted the deposit. Resolve the wallet prompt or insufficient-gas condition before creating another payment.
A hash exists, but the deposit is pending.
Use the explorer for the exact chain. Check the gas/resource condition and confirmation count. A service cannot process an unconfirmed deposit as if it were settled.
The deposit is confirmed.
Check the selected mode, minimum, exact amount and order status. Keep the order reference ready when contacting the service.
The payout is on-chain, but not credited.
Check the recipient's network and deposit-crediting policy. An exchange balance can update later than the blockchain transaction.
A longer delay is a tradeoff.
Delay changes when a payout occurs and may be part of a service's privacy model. It also changes liquidity access and the time during which an order is in progress. Do not choose a mode using speed alone.
Timing and amounts remain observable on public chains. A delay is not proof of anonymity, and the fastest route is not automatically the most private.
Straight answers. No hedging.
Does Instant Processing mean instant receipt?
No. Service processing, blockchain confirmations and recipient crediting are separate. The advertised fast route does not make network finality instantaneous.
Why did my TRC20 transfer take more than two minutes?
Possible stages include wallet submission, confirmations, the selected mode and receiving-platform crediting. Inspect the transaction and order status before attributing the delay to any one cause.
Should I resend if the status has not changed?
Do not send another deposit simply to refresh the status. Save the transaction hash, verify its chain and result, and contact the service through its verified channel if a confirmed deposit is not recognized.
